Part of the Company's Quality policy is that its services must meet relevant predefined specifications in accordance with applicable legislation, regulations, rules, codes, circulars, and guidelines. The Company is committed to strictly adhering to both Greek legislation and the corresponding European Union legislation, as well as all relevant regulatory provisions. Special attention is also given to the handling of all kinds of personal data, ensuring that no unauthorized person has access to such critical data or that there is no potential leakage of personal data.

Qualitty Policy
PHARMALINE
This policy is implemented through the Quality Management System, which meets the requirements of the International Quality Standards ISO 9001:2015 and the ministerial decision 32B 1348 / 2004, as well as the guidelines on good distribution practice of medicinal products for human use 2013/C343/01. It is in accordance with commonly accepted business practices, covering the entire spectrum of the Company’s activities and its relationships with its customers.



The Company’s Management is committed to ensuring all the resources necessary to achieve its objectives. Also, the Company’s staff is committed to performing their duties in accordance with the requirements of the Quality Management System.
Through the continuous adherence to relevant procedures and the processing of derived conclusions, a review and evaluation of the effectiveness and efficiency of the Quality Management System is achieved. Continuous improvement of Quality in all activities and by all employees is considered an integral part of the Company’s business planning and organizational goals.
The Quality Management Representative has clear authority and organizational freedom to identify quality problems, introduce, recommend, or provide solutions, and confirm the implementation of solutions, with the aim of continuously improving the effectiveness of the System and communicating the above policy at all operational levels. The above policy is reviewed based on the collected conclusions.
